Returning To Riding: Elvaston Castle Quiet Lanes And Cake

Leaving Elvaston Castle we will ride along mostly flat and quiet lanes through local villages. This circular route is a great confidence builder if you are returning to cycling – we will go at the pace of the slowest rider so don’t worry about being dropped!On our return to Elvaston Castle we will call at Wyatt’s Tea Rooms for drinks and cake so you’ll need a bit of money. As long as you can ride your bike and understand the Highway Code, this ride is for you! So come out and play!! Please wear a helmet, bring a drink and make sure your bike is roadworthy. It is advisable to carry a puncture repair kit and spare inner tube.

Starting from – We will meet by the main entrance of Elvaston Castle car park. Please note there is a charge to park. Toilets are available near the meeting point. DE72 3EP
