If you require a technician callout and for problems that need to be resolved on-site, CRD have a dedicated contracted callout technician service available at very competitive prices.
This not only allows CRD to respond to problems which cannot be looked at in our workshop but also allows us to install and configure any new equipment you have purchased which requires setting up at your home or business. This service ensures continuation of customer care right through to tested completion of work.
CRD’s Callout Technicians can also unplug & collect, return and set back up your PC if you are unable to drop off or collect your computer yourself.
CRD also provide Business IT support services in the simplistic form of a Pay As You Go agreement. This means guaranteed priority service and response times as and when an unexpected breakdown accrues, and without the need for committing to unnecessary and expensive IT maintenance contracts.
